Umbria offers experiences for all the senses. Not only does it boast amazing landscapes, there is plenty to enjoy, for all tastes, for all senses too. It is a region of ever changing colours, scrumptious food, deep rooted music, immersive smells and local artistry. 
I would add the sixth sense too... the soul sense: when you are aligned with the other five, living the moment in all the region's authenticity, then you will feel a sense of oneness with what this green heart has to offer... and you will become a little bit Italian too!
